In this process, the surface of the double-layer mosaic, after polishing and completion of the production stages, undergoes a shot-blasting treatment using fine steel beads and precision stencils. This technique transforms selected areas of the polished surface into a matte, rustic texture, creating a striking contrast between smooth and rough surfaces and giving the product a distinctive architectural character.
In addition to standard patterns, custom designs can also be created. Logos, project names, wayfinding signs, graphic patterns, or bespoke artwork can be applied to the mosaic surface using specially designed stencils, providing a unique identity for every project.
